Light the Way for Vitaly Roy!
It happened early morning on Monday,
July 9th of 2007. When Brooklyn was
just waking up and the first sun rays
began to rise through the clouds, Vitaly
was found lying down alone on the
street under the train station, on
Brighton Beach Avenue and West 5th
Street.
When the police and firemen came, Vitaly was in a coma and was
taken to the Hospital for examination.
Vitaly was brought to the Columbia University Medical Center with
heavy skull-brain trauma, fractures on the neck, spine, injury of
the L-spine, fractures of the left hip, leg, and hand, and a broken
jaw.
From July 9th until today, Vitaly (the son of immigrants from
Russia) is in a coma and between life and death. At this moment
his family (mother, father, grandmother, brother), friends, and
relatives are all praying for Vitaly.
